Palletizer AP20 is a professional device that allows to automate the process of stacking any bags, regadless of type, on a pallet. The automatization of the palletising process allows to achieve the effect of a perfectly stable and straight stacking of bags on a pallet, with a significant reduction in costs at the same time.

Palletiser AP20 is a device that works with an integrated packing machine or machines. By means of a system of belt conveyors, the closed bags are fed to the head that stacking layers of bags on sliding plates located in the upper part of the palletizer‘s chamber. Thanks to the technology used, the head can move in three axes, which allows bags to be laid in any orientation. The use of a servo drive allows to achieve high precision without compromising the performance of the machine.

The arrangement of the bags on the pallet is fully configurable using a legible, intuitive Mitsubishi touch panel, from which the operator controls the operation of the machine.

After stacking a layer of bags, the plates slide apart, leaving the layer of bags on the pallet, which is suspended in the palletizer‘s chamber. Perfectly straight, stable and compact stacking of the bags on the pallet is guaranteed by active sheets operating in the palletizer‘s chamber. While stacking subsequent layers of bags, the machine successively lowers the pallet position. After placing a given number of layers on the pallet, it is lowered to the bottom of the chamber, the door of which opens. The pallet with stacked bags automatically leaves the chamber on the roller conveyor. Feeding pallets to the device is carried out by a feeder, the operation of which is controlled by a system of sensors.

The access to the working parts of the AP20 palletizer is provided by a platform equipped with a safety system.

The structure of the machine is made of shot-blasted S235 steel and covered with two layers of powder paint. The active chamber plates and the sliding plates are made of acid-resistant steel 1.4301.
