NK automatic fall-damper is a device used to cushion the fall of crops from a height.
NK fall-damper is not a self-standing machine, but it can be mounted wherever there is a need to cushion the fall of vegetables from a considerable height, e.g. on conveyors. Depending on the selected configuration, the fall-damper can be equipped with up to 18 shock-absorbing fall-damper’s sails and absorb a fall from a height of over 4 meters.
An ultrasonic sensor is mounted at the fall-damper bottom. It controls the level of goods underneath and automatically shrinks the sails of the fall-damper when the level of goods rises. Thanks to this, the fall-damper can adjust its height as the goods fall and their level rises. The fall-dampers’ sails are made of two-layer, robust PVC material.
As standard the construction of the machine is made of powder-painted steel.
