The Semi-automatic bag sewing machine SAB is a simple machine that allows the automation of the seaming of paper or jute bags.

The machine is set up directly after the weighing device. The bag with the weighed-out portion of vegetables arrives on a conveyor belt, on which, with the operator's assistance, it is guided to its sewing point. The active bag insertion system with wedge belts guarantees stable movement of the bag to the sewing head and its even sewing. The operation of the sewing machine is activated by a photoelectric sensor, which detects the presence of the bag. Depending on the customer's choice, the SAB semi-automatic can be equipped with a single-threaded Fischbein or Newlong brand head.

Thanks to a number of adjustments applied to the individual components of the machine, the SAB semi-automatic can be used for sealing bags of different sizes. The basic adjustment, i.e. the height of the conveyor, is carried out via a convenient crank.
