It is equipped with a PLC controller and an HMI panel, enabling intuitive control of the wrapping process. The system automatically detects the height of the pallet and adjusts the operating parameters accordingly. The machine offers adjustable speed for the film carriage and turntable, along with smooth starts and stops to ensure load safety and stability.

 

Two models are available:

•GT – with manual pallet loading onto the turntable and manual film handling.

•GTP – a fully automatic model with a roller conveyor, automatic film application, cutting, and sealing, as well as the ability to integrate with palletizing systems.

 

The machine supports pallets with dimensions of 1.2 m x 0.8 m and 1.2 m x 1.0 m, with a maximum load capacity of 1100 kg. The structure is made of powder-coated structural steel, ensuring durability and resistance to damage.
