Sorting and packaging line in Austria
We present a photo gallery of the potato and onion sorting and packing line that we commissioned at our customer in Austria in early 2022.
The centrepiece of the line is a modular bunker, under which a belt conveyor is suspended. Depending on requirements, the conveyor can take the goods out to one of two sections:
- sorting section
- or packaging section.
The sorting section contains a set of three belt sorters, allowing 4 fractions of goods to be obtained.
The packing section includes: a brush machine with by-pass conveyor, a selection table, a big-bag filler and a channel weigher with two double-stranded rashel packing machines.
