Intelligent, High-Speed Stacking

The AP20 seamlessly integrates with your existing packing machines. Filled bags are fed via a conveyor system to the intelligent forming chamber. Inside, a high-precision, servo-driven head—capable of moving in three axes—arranges the bags into your pre-programmed pattern.

Once a layer is formed on the sliding plates, the plates part, gently depositing a perfect layer onto the pallet below. As this happens, active sheets within the chamber guarantee the stack remains perfectly square and dense. The pallet progressively lowers until the desired number of layers is reached, after which the finished pallet is automatically discharged on a roller conveyor, while a new, empty pallet is fed into the chamber.
