BP Receiving bunker is a comprehensive and compact device that covers the processes of emptying boxes and dosing goods to subsequent stages in the line.
The machine consists of a bunker with a capacity of 7.6 m3 and an integrated box tipper. The device is adjusted to handle boxes with a width of 1,4 m to 1,8 m. Depending on the customer’s decision, the tipper can be mounted on any side of the bunker. The unloading of the bunker is carried out by a belt conveyor mounted at its base. The operator chooses the direction of the belt through a switch on the control box.
The tipping of the box is carried out by an efficient hydraulic drive. A full cycle of tipping and returning the box to its starting position takes 30 seconds. The maximum capacity of the machine with the unloading belt operating at the highest possible speed is approx.
35 boxes per hour.
BP receiving bunker is equipped with advanced control system that controls both the tipping of the box and the bunker’s filling level.
Thanks to the radio remote control, the operator can operate the machine without leaving the forklift.
The BP receiving bunker is equipped with forklift handles for convenient and safe transport of the unit. As standard, the machine is made of powder coated steel.
